Refunds

• Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it is considered “used” and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
• Refunds or exchanges for digital products are not offered, except where required by law.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund that you believe is due, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Sale Items

• Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular priced digital products may be considered for a refund.

Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, please reach out to us for clarification.

Gifts

• If the digital product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping Returns
